Located in Williamstown North in Melbourne, TIV is a leading educational institute specialising in intensive Building and Construction courses ranging from Pre-apprenticeship up to Diploma level for both international and domestic students.

Victorian and Commonwealth Government Funded places are available to eligible applicants. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programs and Short Courses are also available.
